Building Background

Guangzhou Liuhua exhibition and Trade Center (hereinafter referred to as "Liuhua center") is one of the key commercial projects in Guangzhou. It is located at 117 Liuhua Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and is the former site of China Export Commodities Fair (Canton Fair). Liuhua center is located in Guangzhou Liuhua business district with high-quality resources. Its geographical location is superior, with a total construction area of about 200000 square meters. The project is oriented to be driven by business and cultural innovation, and interactive online and offline. It is a multi business form integrating small professional exhibitions, fashion life, cultural leisure, catering and entertainment, business mark registration and transaction, brand incubation, creative office, health management and other functions The comprehensive and one-stop urban life center will be developed in linkage with Oriental Hotel, China Hotel and Yuexiu Exhibition Center, creating a new business card and fashion consumption exhibition cluster area of Western Guangzhou.

体育大厦项目（又名广州越秀国际会议中心、越展会议中心）位于广州市越秀区流花路119号、121号、123号（前身为广州锦汉展览中心）。地处越秀区解放北与流花路交汇处，连接越秀公园地铁站。毗邻广州流花展贸中心、中国大酒店、东方宾馆，；连通越秀公园地铁站，被越秀公园、流花湖公园、兰圃公园等三大公园所环绕，。便利的交通网络与周边的酒店、和休闲设施以及便利的交通网络共同构成了一个成熟的会展商圈。
